Finally he is not calling all the men "baba". Since i found it very inappropriate, he is now referring to them as "agha" even for the men in his books :)
Couple of days ago, when he was still learning the word, he kept jumping on me while i was doing something and i told him "Chi kar mikoni agha?" and he repeated after me "agha"
